All the apartments are serviced by a lift and are equipped with: air conditioning (Daikin) - forced aspiration system for the exchange of the air - comfortable bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, turkish bath, 2 bathrobes and hair dryer. TV both in the living room and in the bedroom - direct telephone line - well equipped kitchen (4 ceramic cooking plates, oven, dishwasher) with crockery, cutlery, pottery etc., and a large fridge - towels and tablecloths (changed twice a week) - safe. Laundry service. The apartments are divided in three categories: front sea view (A), lateral sea view (B) and no sea view (C).

The private beach of the Sabbia d’Oro residence is a real oasis of relax and entertainment with its beautiful “chalet” (this is the name given to the local bathing establishment), located right in front of the residence. Each flat has a reserved parasol and two deckchairs at the beach. Enjoy the soft, golden sand of the wide beach which ends in the clean, crystal clear sea, so much so to be awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag.
